Payment
At our warehouse, you can pay with Mobilepay, direct transfer, or cash payment.If you pay online via our webshop vetro.dk, you can use Mobilepay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa/Dankort, Maestro, or Mastercard. Payment is deducted upon dispatch of your order.
At Vetro, you are always guaranteed secure payment. Our payment gateway is handled and supported by Pensopay, which ensures stability and encrypted payment. The data you send in connection with a card payment is encrypted, and only Pensopay can access this information. We do not store your card details and cannot charge amounts beyond what you have approved at your purchase, which is also why you must accept our terms and conditions before purchase.
Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, we send an email confirming your order. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from Vetro containing all necessary information, allowing you to track it from the moment it leaves us until it's in your hands via a tracking number.
Shipping Prices
Free shipping on all orders.
If you reside in Denmark/Europe, your order will be sent with Postnord, and international orders are sent with Postnord or UPS. You will receive a tracking link once we have your order ready for dispatch.
Delivery Time
At Vetro, we pack your order as quickly as possible so that, ideally, you can receive your items within 1-3 business days. However, please be aware that in case of delays with suppliers, couriers, or during sales periods, a longer delivery time may occur. Once we have packed your order, you will receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package.
For delivery to non-bridged islands, you should expect an extended delivery time.
For pickup at a parcel shop, it is your responsibility as the customer to collect your order within the specified timeframes. If the order is not collected within the timeframe, it will be automatically returned to Vetro. In this case, you will be charged an amount equivalent to the costs associated with return shipping (DKK 49). This also applies in the event of resending your order or in case of cancellation of your purchase. Please note that you cannot cancel a purchase by failing to collect your package from the designated pickup location.
Note that Vetro does not cover import duties or other charges for shipments outside the EU.

Right of Withdrawal
At Vetro, we offer unique items, and all purchases directly from our warehouse are not returnable.
If you shop online and reside in the EU, you have the option to return within 14 days from receiving the order. Before returning, you must inform us via email hello@vetro.dk.
You cannot withdraw by merely refusing delivery of the item without also clearly notifying us of your decision.

You must return the order directly to our warehouse; we do not accept packages sent to parcel shops or similar. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Please note that you are responsible for the item's condition and bear the risk for the item from delivery to you until it is returned to Vetro. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Original shipping costs and return costs will not be refunded.

Transport Damage
When you receive your order, we ask you to unpack it immediately and contact us (within 24 hours) if the item has been damaged during transport. You must attach pictures of the damaged item, the shipping label, and the packaging (this is very important, and it is your responsibility to include pictures; failing to include pictures may result in us not honoring your claim).
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and processed your return, and then inform you if your return is accepted or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some days for your bank/credit card provider to process the refund.
Uncollected Packages
Packages that have not been collected either from the courier or at our warehouse will only be treated as a return if you have specifically informed us of this. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded. If there are additional costs associated with uncollected returns, they will be incurred by the buyer.

Vetro reserves the right to correct any errors, price changes, and sold-out items.
Warranty
When you shop as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. If your warranty claim is justified, it means that Vetro is obliged to repair or replace with a similar item, refund your money, or offer a price reduction. This depends on the specific situation if defects or faults have arisen no later than 24 months after your purchase. However, you cannot claim under the warranty for an item that has not been used correctly. You must claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you claim within two months after discovering the defect, the claim will always be considered timely.
