Returns & Right of withdrawal

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase from Vetro. If you change your mind, we offer 14 days' right of withdrawal on online orders, counted from the day you receive your package.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back. That way we can assist you best and ensure a smooth process.

When we receive the item back in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, we will refund the purchase amount in full. The item may have been handled to the extent necessary to assess the product's appearance and function.

For purchases in our showroom or by collection, the sale is binding and products are not accepted for return. However, we offer 30 days exchange option for a different color in the same size, so you can see the lamp in your own home and ensure the color suits the room.

Exchanges require that the lamp is in the same condition as at purchase and presented with a receipt.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend that the item is sent securely and with a trackable shipment.

Return packages must be sent directly to the address above. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return packages sent to a parcel shop or pick-up location.

We recommend that you send your return with PostNord or UPS and always choose a shipping method with tracking so the package can be followed the whole way.

When we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
