Delivery
At Vetro we work with handcrafted glass, and we know how important it is that your lamp arrives safely. That is why we pack all orders with great care in specially developed, shock-absorbing packaging tested for transporting glass. Each shipment is handled manually to ensure your lamp arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping & delivery
We ship all orders with PostNord or UPS, always with tracking. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow the package all the way.
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, and the expected delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery address and shipping method.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders, including international orders.
VAT & customs
• All orders within the EU are delivered inclusive of VAT.
• Orders to the United Kingdom are delivered with duties and import fees included in the price.
• For deliveries to countries outside the EU, orders are delivered without Danish VAT (25%). Customers should expect any applicable customs and import fees, which are charged by the local authorities.
Responsibility for the shipment
We take full responsibility for the shipment until your order has been safely delivered to you.
Please open the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us as soon as possible if, contrary to expectations, any damage occurred during transport. That way we can assist you quickly and effectively.
Important on receipt
We unfortunately do not accept returns simply by refusing delivery of the package. Any shipping costs and other fees related to a non-received delivery will in such cases be charged to the buyer.
Not home at delivery?
If you have chosen home delivery and are not at home, the package will generally be left at the nearest pickup point. You will receive notification directly from the carrier.
