In Christianshavn sits a large stately apartment where historic details and careful restoration meet in a calm, cohesive home. The apartment has undergone an extensive renovation and is now ready to find its new owner — with respect for the original craftsmanship and an interior where materials, light and atmosphere are allowed to play together.

The old wooden floors run like a warm, natural base through the rooms. They bear traces of time, life and craft, and that patina gives the apartment a depth that cannot be recreated. Together with the beautiful old glass windows they form a frame in which daylight filters in softly and gives the rooms character.

To complete the curated expression, special objects have been sourced for the interior, including old Balinese jars and a conch-shaped soup tureen by Arje Griegst. These pieces add a more sensual and personal layer to the apartment, where craftsmanship, form and materiality become a natural part of the whole.

The interior primarily features white lamps from VETRO. The white glass brings a lightness that emphasizes the apartment's classical qualities without overpowering them.
