Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Of course we hope you are happy with your purchase from Vetro. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on online orders, counted from the day you receive your package.
The right of withdrawal applies to orders delivered within the EU.
Orders delivered to countries outside the EU (including the UK) cannot unfortunately be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us and let us know before sending the item back so we can assist you and ensure a smooth process.
When we receive the item back in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, we will refund the purchase price in full. The item may have been handled to the extent necessary to assess its appearance and function.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend that the item is sent securely and with trackable shipping.
