Delivery

At Vetro we work with handmade glass, and we know how important it is that your lamp arrives safely. Therefore we pack all orders with great care in specially developed, shock-absorbing packaging tested for transporting glass. Each shipment is handled manually to ensure your lamp arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping & delivery

We ship all orders with PostNord or UPS, always with tracking. As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow the package every step of the way.

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, and the expected delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery address and shipping method.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, including international.

VAT & customs

• All orders within the EU are delivered including VAT.
• Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are delivered with customs and import charges included in the price.
• For deliveries to countries outside the EU, orders are delivered without Danish VAT (25%). The customer should expect any customs and import charges, which are collected by the local authorities.

Responsibility for the shipment

We take full responsibility for the shipment until your order has been safely delivered to you.

Please open the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us as soon as possible if, contrary to expectations, any damage has occurred during transport. That way we can assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Important upon receipt

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns simply by refusing delivery of the package. Any shipping costs and other fees related to a non-received delivery will, in such cases, be charged to the buyer.

Not at home for delivery?

We generally deliver your order directly to your home.

If you are not at home when the carrier attempts delivery, the package will usually be left at the nearest pickup point or delivery will be attempted again - depending on the carrier.

You will receive a notification directly from the carrier with information on where and when you can collect your package, or how to arrange a new delivery.
