Payment
In our showroom we accept MobilePay, bank transfer and cash.
In our webshop you can pay with VISA / Dankort, Apple Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal and MobilePay.
When you place an order on vetro.dk you authorise us to charge the payment. The payment is charged when your order is dispatched.
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your market.
Vintage / second-hand items are sold under the Danish margin scheme and therefore do not include separate VAT. New items in the webshop include VAT.
If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you should not be charged any additional fees. If you live in a country outside the EU, you may be charged customs duties and import taxes when the parcel arrives in the destination country. This also applies to gifts and purchases made on behalf of another recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over customs duties and import taxes and cannot say how much they will be. Vetro does not cover any customs duties or import taxes.
Pick-up in store
You are very welcome to pick up your order at Prøvestensbroen 3A, 2300 Copenhagen S by appointment.
Shipping
We ship insured and with a tracking number, so you can follow your order from the moment we receive it until it is in your hands. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from Vetro with all the necessary information. We dispatch 95% of all orders within 24 hours.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping to a parcel shop as standard on all orders where this delivery option is available.
If you prefer delivery directly to your address, home delivery can be selected for an additional fee at checkout.
