Payment

At our warehouse we accept MobilePay, instant bank transfer and cash payment.
On our webshop you can pay with VISA / Dankort, Apple Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal and MobilePay.

When you place an order on vetro.dk you authorize us to charge the payment. The payment will be taken when your order is shipped.

All prices are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and will be settled in DKK.
Vintage / used items do not include VAT according to Danish legislation. New items on the webshop include 25% Danish VAT.

If you are having items delivered to an address within the European Union, you should not be charged additional fees. If you live in a country outside the EU, you may be charged customs duties and import taxes when the package arrives in the destination country. This also applies to gifts and purchases made on behalf of another recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over customs and import charges and cannot provide information about their amount. Vetro does not cover any customs or import charges.

In-store pickup

You are very welcome to pick up at Prøvestensbroen 3A, 2300 Copenhagen by appointment.

Shipping

We ship insured and with a tracking number so you can follow your order from when we receive it until you have it in your hands. As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from Vetro with all necessary information. We ship 95% of all orders within 24 hours.
