Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We of course hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Vetro. If you do change your mind, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on online orders counted from the day you receive your package.
The right of withdrawal applies to orders delivered within the EU. Orders delivered to countries outside the EU, including the UK, unfortunately cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending the item back. That way we can assist you best and ensure a smooth process.
When we receive the item back in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, we will refund the purchase amount in full. The item may have been handled to the extent necessary to assess the product's appearance and functionality.
For purchases in our showroom or for collection, the sale is binding and products are not accepted for return. We do, however, offer a 30-day exchange option to another color in the same size, so you have the opportunity to see the lamp in your own home and ensure the color suits the room.
Exchanges require that the lamp is in the same condition as at purchase and is presented with the receipt.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend that the item is sent securely and with traceable shipping.

The return parcel must be sent directly to the address above. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return parcels sent to parcel shops or pickup locations.
We recommend that you send your return with PostNord or UPS and always choose a shipping method with tracking so the parcel can be followed all the way.
Once we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
